I am a highly experienced culinary expert. I’m able to advise and leverage from food service expertise to observe, analyse and provide a range of solutions to restaurants and food service businesses. Whether it’s in a hotel, chain or independent restaurant – or even an equipment company or an F&B supplier – I will pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of different operations and provide solutions for how to achieve a more streamlined and efficient business.
The consulting projects I offer range from supporting new ventures – that is, defining the operation of entire kitchens from planning to opening day, including menu development and vendor selection – to consulting on projects already underway to help identify and improve operational gaps.
